In Events options you can enable or disable the playback of a sound file at an event reminder time. Mark or unmark the "Play sound" check box.
You can select the sound file for payback
by pressing the 
button. If you want to test the selected
file, press the 
button.
"Initial options" allow you to set defaults for creating new event records:
Repeat - sets the default repeating interval of events.
Remind at - sets the default advance number of days for event reminders. These values will be set for each new record.
The option "Show confirmation before creating a new record" enables or disables the display of a prompt window when you create a new event.
